The electric hoist is applicable to the mechanical equipment for infrastructure construction projects. such as civil construction works of construction and installation companies. factories and mines. bridge construction. power. ship. automobile production. construction. highway. bridge. metallurgy. mines. slope tunnels. shaft management and protection. The following are precautions for electric hoists.

(1) Review homework before use
a. There should be no obstacles or floating objects within the operator's walking range, line of sight, or on the route where heavy objects pass.
b. The manual buttons should move accurately and flexibly in the up, down, left, and right directions, and the motor and reducer should have no abnormal movement.
c. The brake should be flexible and reliable.
d. There should be no foreign objects on the running track of the electric hoist.
e. The action of the upper and lower limit switches should be precise and flexible.
f. The hook stop nut should be securely fastened.
g. The hook should roll sensitively in a horizontal and straight direction.
h. The hook pulley should roll sensitively.
i. The steel wire rope should have no significant cracks, be neatly arranged on the drum, and have no signs of detachment of pulley grooves, twisting, folding, etc. It should be smooth and outstanding.
j. There are no abnormalities in the lifting aids.
k. The operating environment temperature of electric hoists is -25~+40 ℃
l. Electric hoists are not suitable for places filled with corrosive gases or with a relative humidity greater than 85%. They cannot replace explosion-proof hoists and are not suitable for lifting molten metals or toxic, flammable, and explosive materials.
(2) Electric hoists are not allow to lift or unload heavy objects on the side, and overload use is prohibited.
(3) During the use process, operators should always check the wire rope for any signs of loose buckles, knots, grooves, wear, etc. If there are any signs, they should clean them in a timely manner and regularly check whether the rope guide and limit switch are reliable.
(4) In daily operations, it is not allowed to artificially use limiters to stop the lifting of heavy objects or the operation of equipment.
(5) After the operation is complete, close the main power switch and cut off the main power supply.
(6) Special maintenance personnel should be assign to check the main performance and condition of the electric hoist once a week, and promptly clean any defects found.
