The ld-type electric single girder overhead crane adopts a running electric hoist installed on the main girder as the lifting mechanism of the crane. The product is simple in structure, light in weight and cheap in price. It is mainly used for general lifting operations in machinery manufacturing workshops, warehouses, assembly, and maintenance of hydropower stations. So what are the components of the LD electric single girder overhead crane?

1. Crane Girder

LD electric single girder overhead crane adopts three-girder structure. The main beam and the end beam are connected with the end beam by high-strength bolts. Set buffer blocks on both sides of the main beam to prevent the running mechanism from reaching the limit position.

2. Lifting Mechanism

The lifting mechanism adopts electric hoist.

3. Crane Travelling Mechanism

The travelling mechanism of LD electric single girder overhead crane adopts four-wheel drive. The drive motors are two conical brake motors. The number of driving wheels is half of the total number of wheels.

4. Electrical equipment

The operation of each mechanism of the LD electric single girder overhead crane is controlled by the ground control button box.

(1) The crane adopts centralized control mode

Used for overload protection, voltage loss, zero point, safety and limit protection of AC motors of cranes. It works with the main controller to control the operation of each motor and provide power, control and lighting circuit power. The electronic control box is equipped with full contactors, fuses, AC contactors and time relays.

(2) Limit and safety switches

Limit switches are installed in the crane operation, trolley operation and lifting mechanisms to prevent each mechanism from moving. When the limit switch is turned off, the corresponding circuit is cut off and the mechanism stops running. When the power is turned on twice, the mechanism can only work in the opposite direction to ensure safety.
